Continuing in our portrait video serie, the enigmatic Yoann Lemoine, a.k.a. Woodkid. A French singer-songwriter, music video director and graphic designer. He recently released his debut album entitled The Golden Age, and put out a series of visually stunning, self-directed videos accompanying his songs. He’s known for his characteristically epic, yet melancholic sound and aesthetic. This is Woodkid.
This is one of the most inspiring video-clips we’ve encountered this year. The captivating black-and-white visual consists of still images tied together, depicting a story of a boy and his father. A mind boggling, creative piece with a great impact. A must watch!
