Designed by NL Architects, the Bicycle Club is a rooftop velodrome soon to be completed in Hainan, China. Supported by a glass-enclosed cafe on the ground lebel, the oval-shaped bike track also provides the perfect amount of shade for the seating below, something which is essential in such a tropical climate.
